Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt in North L.A/Ventura County becomes the first corporate sponsor to support the American Red Cross “$5 Saves a Life” campaign

Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt of North L.A./Ventura County is proud to be the first corporate sponsor to support the American Red Cross of Ventura County’s, “$5 Saves a Life” campaign which launched today.  The campaign will run for the next two months, through the end of January 2010 to help the chapter gain some much needed donations to continue to fulfill their mission in the county of Ventura.

While mandated by Congress and affiliated with the National American Red Cross, your local chapter does NOT receive any subsidizes from the government or the National organization.  Every dollar raised in the County, stays in the County so your contributions will directly affect the very people we live next to, work along side, worship with and engage in business with.

Golden Spoon Frozen Yogurt is not only placing two donation canisters in each one of their five stores in the East Ventura County but if you mention the Red Cross when purchasing a delicious item, Golden Spoon will discount the order by $1.00 per person.
