Stamp cards

• Every yogurt purchase = 1 stamp
- - Minimum purchase/stamp = $2.05 or $16.40/card
- - Maximum purchase/stamp = $6.25 or $50/card
- - 8 stamps or an average of $33.40 purchased
• (1) free small yogurt after 8th stamp: Value = $3.10
• Stamp cards do not apply to toppings or other products
- - 1.2 toppings is sold for every one customer = $1.02. Avg. customer purchases Golden Spoon every 7-10 days. Estimated lost value between $36-$50
• Average customer loses or fails to redeem (3) completely stamped cards/year = Avg.est. lost value $4.15/stamp or $100/year
• Summary, only need purchase a minimum $16.40 to get a free $3.10 small yogurt. No credit is given to toppings or other products and customers will lose or fail to redeem their used stamp cards with a combined lost value of approx $150/yr.

- - 1.2 toppings is sold for every one customer = $1.02. Avg. customer purchases Golden Spoon every 7-10 days. Est. value between $36-$50
• Earn points for purchasing gift card – Value: avg. customer purchases $35/year in gift cards = free large yogurt or 12% discount on gift card
• Birthday and Anniversary free small yogurt – Value: $6.20 ($3.10 per yogurt)
• “Refer a Friend” – Free mini-size yogurt for referring customers to sign-up for the Rewards Club – Value: $2.05 x (however many referrals you provide)
• Email newsletter coupons – current stamp-card program doesn’t offer this. Rewards club members receive coupons through our newsletters which run usually every 45-60 days. Eg. The newsletter coupons that were just sent have a value of over $10 so this can be an estimated value of over $60/year.
• Summary, the combined value of the Rewards Club is over $125/year not including any “refer a friend”
